The MACPAVE membranes have been manufactured since the late 1980s. However, we are now concentrating our production in the United States

We have made this arrangement so we can handle the long rolls for our lay-down machines (600 feet/200 meters) which weigh approximately 375 kg. These rolls can only be handled with our special tools and pallets available to our lay-down crew. For other contractors, we are still manufacturing the original type of rolls, which can be handled with ordinary manpower.

The big rolls are mostly for airports and large highway jobs, where a fast lay-down procedure is needed according to the traffic situation. You can use the runway/highway directly after the lay-down when the bitumen has cured for approximately 5-10 minutes.
