DESCRIPTION & USE:
MAC 120/140 Crackfiller is a highly modified asphalt using an Elastomer/Plastomer blend specifically formulated for crack filling and sealing. MAC 120/140 utilizes 100% virgin polymers and employs no fillers or solvents. Product has excellent bond properties, both on blacktop and concrete, and will not track. Areas may be opened to traffic within 10 to 15 minutes after application. The high resistance to flow and improved ductility are characteristic of MAC 120/140. This crack filler is recommended for sealing of joints and cracks in concrete and flexible pavements. This includes expansion and contraction joints - both transverse and longitudinal - as well as random cracking.

All surfaces to be treated must be clean and dry.
It is recommended that to avoid overheating, MAC 120/140 be melted in an approved double shell melter under continuous agitation or circulation through a pumping system.
CARE MUST BE EXERCISED NOT TO HEAT ABOVE 425° F OR 200° C
Temperature at application should be 350°-385° F or 165°-180° C.
